Choosing foil sheets for sandwiches and burritos

The right food wrap starts with a simple check: does the sheet fit what you serve? Before ordering foil sheets for sandwiches, burritos or takeaway food, compare the dimensions, construction and number of sheets you need.
1. Check the sheet against your own food
CENN sheets measure 14 × 10.75 inches. Measure that rectangle on a clean surface, or compare it with the wrap you already use. Place a representative sandwich or burrito in the centre and check whether there is enough material for your preferred fold and overlap.
The filling and shape matter as well as the bread or tortilla size. A tightly rolled burrito and a tall sandwich may need different folds. Try a pack with your usual portions before committing to a larger order.
2. Look at the backing
CENN food-wrapping sheets have aluminum foil on one side and paper backing on the other. They arrive pre-cut, so there is no roll to measure and cut for each wrap. When comparing products, check whether the listing describes plain foil or paper-backed foil, and read the instructions supplied with the pack.
3. Count sheets, then choose packs
Each CENN retail pack contains 150 sheets. Two packs contain 300 sheets; four contain 600. Count the individual portions you intend to wrap, then allow for any portions that use more than one sheet or need rewrapping.

4. Compare the complete order
