How many foil sheets does your café need each week?
Share
A simple stock estimate helps you choose a practical pack quantity for sandwich and takeaway service. Start with the number of items you expect to wrap, then check that the sheet size suits your food.
Start with three numbers
Items wrapped per day × days of service × sheets used per item = your base sheet requirement.
For example, wrapping 40 sandwiches a day over five days would use 200 sheets if each sandwich needs one sheet. Add a buffer that reflects your own busy days, damaged sheets and extra wrapping.
A five-day planning guide
| Items wrapped each day | Sheets for five days* | CENN packs to cover that amount |
|---|---|---|
| 10 | 50 | 1 pack: 150 sheets |
| 20 | 100 | 1 pack: 150 sheets |
| 40 | 200 | 2 packs: 300 sheets |
| 60 | 300 | 2 packs: 300 sheets |
| 100 | 500 | 4 packs: 600 sheets |
*Planning examples assume one sheet per item and do not include an extra stock buffer. Actual use depends on the food size and how you wrap it.
Check the sheet size before stocking up
Each CENN paper-backed foil sheet measures 14 × 10.75 inches, with aluminum foil on one side and paper backing on the other. Each retail pack contains 150 pre-cut sheets. Compare those dimensions with the items you serve; a larger sandwich or burrito may need a different wrapping approach or more material.
