3. Eligibility

4. Products & Descriptions
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date.

Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur.
Product availability is subject to stock levels.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors at any time without prior notice.
We may discontinue products at our discretion.
All products are intended for lawful household or commercial use.
Products must be used according to standard household safety practices. We are not responsible for misuse or improper handling.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in the selected currency at checkout.
We accept secure online payments through Shopify’s protected checkout system.
All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store credit card information.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
6. Order Processing & Shipping
Our foil packs currently ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are not included in this fulfillment setup.
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days. Shipping charges and the available delivery estimate are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy for details.
Tracking details will be provided once the order ships.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened foil packs in their original packaging, including foil packs purchased at a sale price.

Return Conditions:
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We cover return postage in those cases.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
After shipment, cancellations are no longer possible and standard return policies apply.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, product images, text, and design elements, is the property of Cenn Global – Lasting Value and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cenn Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
